How long will delivery take?

The delivery will be vary based on your requested project or task. However, we are trying to do our best to complete tasks on the same business day, most within 6 hours. If you request a task over the weekend, we generally take care of it on Monday morning unless it is really urgent.

What does a customization mean?

A customization is any work done by us to personalize your WordPress site and add extra functionality. If you need to add additional features to your site, change its appearance, make your site responsive, resize your logo, reposition the menu, add or remove a section, create or change a slider, etc. – a customization is the best choice for you.

What data should I provide in order to get started?

In order to configure and adjust your WordPress site, we would need some additional data from your side. Usually, it’s access data for your WordPress admin, FTP and SSH. If you don’t know how to provide this info, we’ll help you out. We don’t collect or share any sensitive data and keep it confidential. It will be only used for work purposes.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We accept payment using PayPal payment services which accept major debit cards and credit cards. We are partnering with PayPal to provide a secure payment gateway. We cover all the PayPal fees. No additional fees for our clients.

PayPal also provides buyer protection to protect all of your transactions. If a buyer files a claim, they’ll place a temporary hold on the funds that have been sent by the buyer.
